One of the key highlights was SoPure™ Flevia, our plant-based flavor modifier and enhancer. With cocoa prices and other premium ingredients driving cost pressures, interest was especially strong in solutions like Flevia that can both reduce sugar and offset formulation costs without compromising taste.
