The annual Food Ingredients China (FIC) exhibition will be held May 31 – June 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China. One of the largest tradeshows of its kind, the FIC covers all fields within the food industry, including suppliers of food additives and ingredients, food-related packing materials and machinery, and businesses specializing in production techniques.
